You must complete the following steps to become an LA County Resource (Foster/Adoptive) Parent:1. Attend an Orientation sponsored by The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). To register, please call 888-811-1121 or go to www.fosterlakids.com.
2. Call us once you have completed your Free DCFS Live Scan.
