Human Resources Management

  • Periodic review of the Employee Handbook
  • Developing and coordinating recommendations for policy updates
  • Consulting and providing advice on current employee performance management
  • Employee relations to include coaching and support of managers for handling performance related issues, terminations and harassment scenarios
  • Coordinating training (e.g., sexual harassment) as required in California or desired by your agency
  • Consulting for Workers’ Compensation and FMLA requirements

Financial Services

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll assistance and services
  • High level financial services:
    • Using financial data provided by your agency to create monthly financial statements including: Balance Sheet, Monthly P&L, YTD P&L, budget vs. actual comparisons and other items specifically tailored to your agency and Board needs
    • Provide financial-related field assistance with auditors for annual audit
    • Assist with developing of agency and program annual budgets
    • Assist in preparation of other individual program and proposal budgets
    • Attend Finance Committee meetings as required

IT Services

  • Perform on-site survey to analyze current systems, services to aide in the design and implementation of appropriate systems architecture within TCCF, this will help us to provide your agency with a modern, reliable and secure network / data services to all your various endpoint devices; eg. Laptops / desktops / smart phones and tablets
  • Provide secure, redundant data storage (amount based on customer need) on redundant data servers, utilizing proven enterprise backup solutions to perform nightly backups of all customer data
  • Provide redundant enterprise adaptive security appliance solution to safeguard servers and local staff from common internet dangers
  • Provide enterprise anti-spam services
  • Design / deploy / host and manage various enterprise servers based on customer requirements, servers include but are not limited to Active directory domain services, File services, Exchange services, and Remote desktop services
  • Provide 24x7x365 network and server support, maintenance and/or consultation per month
  • We work directly with telecommunications master brokers to help reduce costs of telephony and data services and help maximize internet bandwidth. We can also help to custom tailor phone systems to meet all of your business needs; On average we save organization 40% or greater off their current monthly phone / data bills
  • Provide remote client troubleshooting and/or desktop and systems support onsite

  • Collaboration efforts with other local non-profits with the focus on increasing revenues and efficiencies of each organization
