IT Services

  • Perform on-site survey to analyze current systems, services to aide in the design and implementation of appropriate systems architecture within TCCF, this will help us to provide your agency with a modern, reliable and secure network / data services to all your various endpoint devices; eg. Laptops / desktops / smart phones and tablets
  • Provide secure, redundant data storage (amount based on customer need) on redundant data servers, utilizing proven enterprise backup solutions to perform nightly backups of all customer data
  • Provide redundant enterprise adaptive security appliance solution to safeguard servers and local staff from common internet dangers
  • Provide enterprise anti-spam services
  • Design / deploy / host and manage various enterprise servers based on customer requirements, servers include but are not limited to Active directory domain services, File services, Exchange services, and Remote desktop services
  • Provide 24x7x365 network and server support, maintenance and/or consultation per month
  • We work directly with telecommunications master brokers to help reduce costs of telephony and data services and help maximize internet bandwidth. We can also help to custom tailor phone systems to meet all of your business needs; On average we save organization 40% or greater off their current monthly phone / data bills
  • Provide remote client troubleshooting and/or desktop and systems support onsite
